Yes. It warms to a working temperature of about 52 °C, which you feel through the plush flannel as a steady, cosy warmth, like a warm flannel that doesn't cool down.

Can it get too hot?
It's made to hold a gentle working warmth of about 52 °C. Use it for short rests while you're awake, unplug it afterwards and stop if it ever feels too hot. Don't sleep with it plugged in, and take contact lenses out first.

How do I power it?
Plug the USB cable into a laptop, a USB wall plug or a power bank. It warms while plugged in; there's no battery to charge.

Can I sleep in it?
Use it for short rests while awake, then unplug. It's soft enough to keep wearing unplugged as a sleep mask.
