Does the light actually do anything?
It shines soft red, blue or amber LED light over your face while you lie back for about ten minutes. It gives light, not heat. What you'll notice is a calm, comfy pause with your eyes closed. We don't make skin claims: it's a ritual, not a treatment.

How does it stay on, and is it comfy?
It rests on your face while you lie back or recline. The silicone is 7 mm thin and about 260 g, and it bends to follow your cheeks and chin, so there's no hard shell pressing on your nose.

Is the light too bright for my eyes?
Keep your eyes closed while it's lit and don't stare into the LEDs. The eye openings keep the silicone off your eyes. If bright light bothers you, or you take medicine that makes you light-sensitive, skip this one.

Is it cordless?
Not quite. The mask connects to a slim handheld controller by a thin cable, so you rest the controller in your lap. The controller shows the colour and battery level and charges by USB.

Does it get hot?
No. It's made to give light, not heat. The silicone can feel slightly warm after a session.

How do I clean it?
