The round head has a slotted guard with small blades spinning underneath. As you glide, fine hairs slip through the slots and are trimmed right at the surface. Nothing gets pulled from the root, and the blades stay tucked behind the guard, not against your skin.

Questions

Will it nick my skin or leave bumps?
The blades stay tucked behind a slotted guard, so only hair that slips through the slots gets trimmed, and nothing is pulled out. Glide it lightly on clean, dry skin. Try a small patch first, and skip skin that's irritated or broken.

Will it work on dark hair or chin hairs?
Colour doesn't matter: it trims dark and light hair the same way. Thickness does. It's made for fine, soft hair on the lip, chin and cheeks. A few stronger chin hairs may need extra passes, and thick, coarse hair suits a regular trimmer better.

Is it basically like shaving my face?
Yes, in miniature. Each hair is trimmed at the surface, the way a razor works, and nothing is pulled from the root. Expect a smooth, shave-like feel, and keep it in your bag for a quick pass whenever fuzz shows.

Can I use it on my eyebrows?
It's best for the lip, chin and cheeks. The round head is too wide for shaping brows; a slim brow trimmer is the right tool for that.

Is it rechargeable?

Can I use it in the shower?
